Sale or Return items offer an extended window of returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

 

How does Sale or Return work? 

 
  1. Select your equipment that is eligible for Sale or Return. You will see a sticker across our website product pages.
  2.  All orders must be placed via Customer Care and a signed agreement received BEFORE the order is placed. Download and complete our Sale or Return Form here– please note Orders via the website can not be applied retrospectively.
  3. Our Customer Care Team will run through the Sale or Return process with you, place your order and arrange the delivery to your practice.
  4. You then have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your new piece of equipment should you wish to
  5. Hopefully you will enjoy your new equipment If not, then you can start the return process within the 14 days
  6. When considering a return, please contact Customer Care before the 14 days are up to ensure the return process, packaging and decontamination form are filled out and included with the item.
  7. Our team will then arrange the courier which will be charged to you at £15 ex VAT. Once arrived back at Vet Direct HQ, our Warehouse team will confirm the return of the delivery.
  8. Our Technical Team will check over the equipment to determine full refund status based on the key requirements outlined in our request form.
  9. Once checks are done, we will then process your refund and create an invoice for any consumables that cannot be resold that are part of the equipment package.

Delivery
Vet Direct offer same day dispatch for next day delivery on over 5,000 stocked items.
  • Free delivery is available when you spend over £85.
  • Delivery charges apply when your basket ex VAT is under £85.
  • Delivery is calculated during the checkout process.
  • Due to higher delivery costs, all deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands & Isles, & None Mainland destinations will incur a deliver charge.
  • Some items require shipping on a pallet for which there will be an additional charge. Customer Care are able to advise of this.
  • There are additional delivery charges for products we ship directly from the supplier to your practice. These delivery costs vary dependent upon the product and courier service. Please call Customer Care on 0800 068 3300 for a quote including delivery if there is a lead time for your chosen item.

Returns
Non-faulty returns are accepted within 3 working days of dispatch subject to a restocking fee. Please contact Customer Care to arrange the return and obtain a returns number. Further information on our returns policy can be found here: Vet Direct Returns
Please note that special order items or items shipped directly from the supplier to your practice are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
