Pay By Direct Debit

There's a new way to pay. Sign up to pay by direct debit and automate your payment process, ensuring your practice team always have access to the consummables and equipment they need to provide excellent patient care.

How does it work?

1. Set up the Direct Debit.
If you've already got an account and credit set up with Vet Direct, print and fill out our direct debit mandate form and send it back to Vet Direct. You can find the mandate form linked below or with your monthly statement. If you don't have an account, contact our Customer Care team to set your account up. Download the Mandate Form

2. Send the direct debit mandate form back to Vet Direct by either email or post. Vet Direct will set up the Direct Debit which can take up to 2 weeks.

3. Continue to order on your account.

4. Your monthly Invoice Statement for the previous month will be sent to you on the first working day of the month.

5. The Direct Debit collection will take place on or around the 20th.
E.g. Direct Vets purchases £500 from Vet Direct during June. The the Invoice Statement for June will be received first working day of  July. The Direct Debit will collect £500 payment for the June Invoice Statement on or around the 20th July.
