Clipper Maintenance Service
Send your clippers to Vet Direct for full service. All brands of clippers serviced. We recommend annual service of your clippers.
Our experienced Service Team will

- Re-assemble & test your clippers
- Write your report & make any recommendations

Clipper Blade & Scissor Sharpening
Prolong the life of your clipper blades and scissors with our sharpening service

Infusion Pump Service
Annual service and re-calibration of your pump for optimum patient safety and equipment longevity.
Our Experienced team will
- Inspect external casing and control panel
- Remove external casing to clean and inspect motor, PCB board and all internal fittings.
- Air and pressure sensors are tested
- Battery contacts cleaned and inspected
- Door and sensor tested and inspected for damage and closure
- Calibrated to a pump compatible infusion line of your choice from the Vet Direct range

Infusion Pump Calibration
Free when you purchase 50 infusion lines
For accurate and consistent flow rates, your pump must be properly calibrated. Our service team can calibrate any pump compatible line with your pump for improved accuracy and ease of use.
And when you purchase 50 infusion lines from Vet Direct, we'll calibrate your pump for you. Simply call Customer Care to select your sets & calibration.
Bought your sets elsewhere and need your pump calibrating?
We can calibrate pumps to any pump compatible lines, remember to send your infusion line with your pump and a fully completed Repair & Maintenance Request Form

Syringe Driver Service
Annual service and re-calibration of your syringe driver for optimum patient safety and equipment longevity.
Our Experienced team will
- Inspect external casing and control panel
- Remove external casing to clean and inspect motor, PCB board and all internal fittings.
- Clean and re-apply grease to internal mechanisms
- Battery contacts cleaned and inspected
- Syringe holders and locks inspected and adjusted for optimum performance
- Calibrated to a syringe brand of your choice (please supply).
Price: £85 ex VAT, includes 10 free extension lines
Fluid Warmer Service
Delivery of the fluid at the correct termperatures is a vital part of patient safety. Annual service of your fluid warmer ensures it is not over or under heating the fluids as they are administered..
Our experienced Service Team will
- Inspection all external casing for damage and ensure correctly sealed
- Test all LED/Indicators are working and visible
- Keypad test to ensure all keys are responsive
- Internal electrical components inspected for damage, all connections cleaned.
- Temperature alarms, alarming at correct temperature
- Temperature control system
- Accuracy of displayed temperature
- Power supply inspect for loose, damaged to wiring and external casing
Suction Pumps Service
Ensure your suction unit is performing at its optimum with an annual service.
Our experienced Service Team will
- Inspection of external casing for damage
- Test suction control pressure with in line gauge
- Remove external casing deep clean of internal components and connections
- Fan blade inspection
- Inspection of motor and motor cushion
- Motor cleaned and application of high temperature grease
- Piston cleaned, inspected for damage and application of grease
- Power cable and power switch inspected and connections cleaned
- Bottle checked for damage and leak tested
- Filters changed
- Tubing checked for damage and leak tested

Cozy Warm Annual Service
With filter replacement
Make sure your veterinary Cozy Warm Air Blanket system is working efficiently with our annual service. We will ensure that the system has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected and replace essential filters so it runs the way it should.
Our experienced Service Team will
- Inspection of external casing, control panel and hose
- Removal of all external casing, deep clean to remove dust and hair
- Internal component and electrical connection inspection
- Fan blade inspection
- Filter replacement
- Temperature check on all 3 settings

Equipment submitted to our Repairs Department that cannot be repaired or is beyond economical repair will be responsibly disposed of and charged according to weight. All prices are ex VAT.- Equipment under 5kg: £5

- Equipment over 10kg: £15
