Vet Direct stock over 5,000 items for same day despatch with more items available via direct delivery. The Technical Team will explore your requirements with you to find the best veterinary kit for your budget whether that is across our stocked range, or other items available from preferred suppliers.

Prior to submitting a Sourcing Request form please be aware of the following guidelines

• Enquiries will only be accepted on a fully completed sourcing request form; incomplete forms will be rejected.
• Sourced products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• This service is strictly for products not currently listed at Vet Direct. If you know the Vet Direct product code forward your request to info@vet-direct.com
• We only source products & equipment where Vet Direct do not have a suitable alternative to offer from our product portfolio.
• We only source from our current “trusted” suppliers who have passed comprehensive due diligence checks.
• Some products are subject to a (MOQ) Minimum order quantity. These are non-negotiable and set by the supplier not Vet Direct. If applicable any MOQ will be stated at the time of quotation.
• Delivery times can only be estimated; orders placed with overseas suppliers may take up to 16 weeks.
• There will be products we are unable to source; wherever possible we will try to direct you to a department that is able to assist you.
• Quotations are valid for 14 days, if no response is received within this time the quote will be cancelled.

Please review the Sourcing Request Form and either copy and paste the required information into your email or complete the excel and send it to sourcing@vet-direct.com.

Please note, delays may be experienced if insufficient information is provided. Please ensure all data is included at outset. Incomplete forms cannot be processed and will not proceed to a quotation until all information has been provided by the practice.
