We are offering you the chance to discover equipment that you want for your practice but want the reassurance of a hassle-free return, just in case.
With Vet Direct’s Sale & Return you can purchase equipment such as; the X8, X10, X12 multi-parameter, Enmind Syringe Driver, Hawk infusion pump, and more on the basis that if within 14 days of delivery, it doesn’t suit your practice, then you can return it to us.

How does Sale or Return work?
- Select your equipment that is eligible for Sale or Return. You will see a sticker on the page on our website and there will be directions on the page.
- Download and complete our Sale & Return Form and place your order with Customer Care – please note this service is not applicable until this has been returned and the order placed via Customer Care. Orders via the website are not eligible for Sale or Return, nor can it be applied retrospectively.
- Our Customer Care Team will run through the Sale or Return process with you, place your order and arrange the delivery to your practice.
- You then have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your new piece of equipment should you wish to
- Hopefully you will enjoy your new equipment If not, then you can start the return process within the 14 days
- When considering a return, please contact Customer Care before the 14 days are up to ensure the return process, packaging and decontamination form are filled out and included with the item.
- Our team will then arrange the courier which will be charged to you at £15 ex VAT. Once arrived back at Vet Direct HQ, our Warehouse team will confirm the return of the delivery.
- Our Technical Team will check over the equipment to determine full refund status based on the key requirements outlined in our request form.
- Once checks are done, we will then process your refund and create an invoice for any consumables that cannot be resold that are part of the equipment package.
