Cold: Before use, the compress should be frozen for at least 2 hours for optimal results
Warm: Before use, heat the compress in a water bath (max 60 degrees) for 5min
Place the compress on the injured body part and fix the bandage
Hot pack DO NOT USE FOR INFLAMMATION!
