In order to reduce the risk of damage to the cardiac sphincter, esophagus and pharynx during foreign body retrieval, our protective hood can be fitted to the majority of scopes to ensure safe extraction of a foreign body via gastroscopy. Hood Measurements: 40mm at distal end, 8.3mm at proximal end, length of 75mm.
