Quick-Stop Silver Nitrate Pencil
The Quick-Stop silver nitrate pencil contains 95% silver nitrate with 5% potassium nitrate. It's designed as a single patient, multiple use product to stem bleeding from superficial skin lesions, minor wounds, and claws.
To use, simply moisten the tip using a small drop of water, and apply to the affected area to allow for cauterisation.
Please note: The silver nitrate pencil tip is fragile. To avoid breakages to the pencil tip, do not apply pressure during treatment, and dry the pencil carefully after use by dabbing on a paper towel or tissue, and replace the cap.
Warning: Take care when using the product as silver nitrate can stain black*. Staining of the skin will shed after several days. *Avoid contact with work surfaces and healthy skin. Do not use near pets eyes.

Returns
Non-faulty returns are accepted within 3 working days of dispatch subject to a restocking fee. Please contact Customer Care to arrange the return and obtain a returns number. Further information on our returns policy can be found here: Vet Direct Returns
