How To:
- Choose the Right Size:
- Select the appropriate size for your pet by measuring the neck circumference and consulting the size chart. Ensure the cone extends just past the nose to prevent licking or biting.
- Open the Cone:
- Identify the cinch-tight toggle and Lycra® neckline. Gently extend the toggle to its widest setting
- Slide Over the Head:
- Carefully slip the EZ Soft™ over your pet’s head with the Lycra® neckline sitting comfortably around the neck
- Adjust the Fit:
- Use the cinch-tight toggle to adjust the collar for a snug but comfortable fit. It should be secure enough to stay in place, but loose enough to allow normal breathing and movement.
- Check Mobility:
- Make sure your pet can walk, eat, and lie down comfortably while wearing the e-collar. If not, readjust as needed.
- Supervise and Monitor:
- Regularly check the fit and condition of the cone. Remove for cleaning or if your vet advises temporary breaks.
- Washing Tips
- The EZ Soft™ is hand-washable. Wash with a gentle soap and air dry for best results.
