Anaesthetic Gas Absorber
Anaesthetic Gas Absorber (Fluosorbing Active Charcoal Scavenger) for Isoflurane and Sevoflurane are an ideal solution for the absorption of organic anaesthetic agents without having to vent the gas, for dentals, x-ray, prep etc.
Each Fluosorber unit is designed to adsorb up to 200 mL of isoflurane. This is based on internal testing and standard use conditions. While the exact CO2 equivalent can vary slightly depending on calculation methodology, isoflurane has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of approximately 510 over 100 years. Based on this, 200 mL of isoflurane (liquid) corresponds to an approximate CO2e of 95–100 kg.
